[External event] Spring 2019 Women’s Relaxation Retreat

HeartSong Healing Place and Gray Matters invite you to attend a Women's Relaxation Retreat on Saturday, April 6, 2019, from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm, CST. The retreat is set in the beautiful, secluded location of The Village at Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.

We've created a day with you in mind. Yoga, meditative breathing, jewelry beading, and essentials for stress management are some of the activities we've planned. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and to make and renew acquaintances.

Retreat Check-In begins at 7:30 a.m. After you register for the Women's Retreat, you will be emailed an event schedule and map of the Retreat site property.

Weather: Outdoor activities will take place rain or shine.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Participants must be 18 years and up.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking for the Women's Retreat is free in Visitor Slots only. We suggest parking near the Garden Room entrance.

What can I bring into the event?

Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothes and to bring their own mat if they are participating in yoga and/or meditative breathing. Alternate activities are offered for those who do not participate.

What's the refund policy?
