Sleep is an important part of our daily routines, in fact, we spend about one-third of our time sleeping. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times is just as important as food and water. Without adequate amounts of sleep, we are unable to form and maintain pathways in our brains that allow us to learn, create new memories, and it increases difficulty with concentration and response time.
