Join us for this in-person presentation about resources in partnership with the Caring for the Caregiver Program and Grace Place Graceful Gatherings.
This session will cover how to access important community resources to support caregivers and their families. Learn about local non-profit, private, and government resources. Experts with professional and personal experience will be available to answer questions and make recommendations.
Caregivers attending the presentation will be able to share caregiving ideas and helpful knowledge with others who are either beginning their caregiving journey or have years of experience.
