🖱️ Encuesta rápida para cuidadores/Quick survey for caregivers
Nuestro equipo está haciendo un estudio para desarrollar una nueva medida de demencia desde la perspectiva de los cuidadores: la medida de resultado “CAregiver REported and weighted Dementia”, por sus siglas en Íngles (CARED). Los cuidadores que brindan apoyo a un amigo, pareja o familiar viviendo con la enfermedad de Alzheimer o otra forma de demencia pueden participar.
Estamos desarrollando la medida en inglés y en español. Si lee y escribe con fluidez en las dos idiomas, le pedimos que complete la encuesta en español.
Si eres elegible, le enviaremos una encuesta sobre el cuidado que toma un estimado 20 minutos completar. Los cuidadores que completen la encuesta recibirán una tarjeta de regalo de Walmart de $10.

Our team at UT Health San Antonio is doing a research study to develop a new dementia measure from the perspective of caregivers: the CAregiver REported and weighted Dementia outcome measure (CARED). Caregivers who are supporting a friend, partner, or family member living with Alzheimer’s disease or other form of dementia are able to participate.
We are developing the measure in both English and Spanish. If you are fluent reading and writing in both Spanish and English, we would ask that you complete the survey in Spanish (use link above). If you are eligible, you will be sent a survey about caregiving that takes about 20 minutes to complete. Caregivers who complete the survey will receive a $10 Walmart gift card.
