We invite all veterans and their caregivers to join us for our upcoming Caregiver Integrated Care Sessions on December 6, 2025, hosted at the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health in Brownsville, TX.
This event is designed to connect you with valuable resources, education, and support programs that promote health, well-being, and confidence in your caregiving journey. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with and learn about available services, as well as discover tools that can make caregiving easier.
We have 2 sessions available.
- Session 1- 10:00-11:30 AM
- Session 2- 1:00-2:30 PM
