The WellMed Charitable Foundation and the AACOG Area Agency on Aging are hosting their 5th annual Caregiver Summit! Family caregivers and professionals are invited to this event at no cost.

Also included - A panel of local caregiving experts to answer your questions. 

Respite care is available (20 spots offered). There is no cost for the event but you must register. Social Worker CEUs and Nursing CNEs are available. Complimentary flu shots will be given at the event.

Keynote Speaker - John Leland
John Leland is a Metro reporter for the New York Times and author of Happiness is a choice you make: Lessons from a year among the oldest old. Before joining The Times, Mr. Leland was a senior editor at Newsweek.
