We’ll explore realistic, easy-to-apply strategies that fit into your daily routine. The session will also highlight how small, intentional actions, such as mindful pauses, connection, gratitude, and personal reflection can build resilience and prevent burnout over time.

Laurie Cooney, LPC-A
Laurie Cooney is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. Since moving to Texas in 2020, she has been serving the community through her work with The Ecumenical Center, where she specializes in biofeedback to help individuals better manage stress and enhance overall well-being.
Laurie has experience working with diverse and specialized populations, including contributing to the Uvalde Resiliency Center and partnering with Hill Country school districts. She is passionate about supporting resilience and empowering individuals with practical tools to care for their mental and emotional health.
